Job Description:
We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Landscaping & Gardening Worker who can manage a wide range of plant-related and outdoor maintenance tasks. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with gardening, irrigation systems, plumbing, plant care, and soil preparation. Candidates must have 3 to 5 years of experience in the GCC, a valid QID, and be ready to join immediately.
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
- Planting, trimming, pruning, and maintaining all types of plants, trees, flowers, shrubs, and lawns
- Managing plant health, including pest control, fertilization, and disease prevention
- Installing and maintaining irrigation systems (manual and automatic) for optimal plant hydration
- Handling plumbing work related to water lines, valves, and outdoor water supply systems
- Preparing soil through grading, fertilizing, composting, and conditioning to support healthy plant growth
- Transplanting, seeding, and propagating various plant species as per landscaping requirements
- Operating and maintaining landscaping tools and machinery (lawnmowers, trimmers, etc.)
- Ensuring cleanliness and organization of landscaped areas, garden beds, pathways, and equipment zones
- Reading and following landscape plans or instructions from the supervisor
- Supporting seasonal planting, replanting, and plant replacement activities
Requirements:
- 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in landscaping, gardening, and irrigation in the GCC region
- Deep knowledge of plant care, soil management, and irrigation techniques
- Valid QID (Qatar ID) – Required
- Physically fit and capable of working outdoors for extended hours
- Ability to work independently or in a team, and follow safety and work guidelines
- Immediate joiners are highly preferred.

Pay: From QAR1,500.00 per month
