The Facility Management Sales Engineer is responsible for driving sales and business development in the facility management sector. This role involves identifying potential clients,understanding their needs, presenting customized solutions, and closing sales. The Sales Engineer will work closely with technical teams to ensure the successful delivery of facility management services, focusing on customer satisfaction, service excellence, and long-term relationships.
. QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, & SKILLS:
Bachelor’s degree ( Facility Management/ Business Certification)
Proven experience (7+ years) in sales, preferably in the facility management or related
industries. (Real Estate sales, property management)
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools.
Professional certifications in sales or facility management (e.g., IFMA, BIFM, etc.).
EXPERIENCE
1. Currently holds a Valid Qatar Driving License (Mandatory)
2. Minimum of 7-10 years of experience working Sales and Business development in FM
Industry/Relevant Industry
3. Experience in Qatar FM Industry/Real Estate/Property Management
4. Good information on vendors/service providers for FM
5. Able to provide technical solution and allocation and budgetary forecasting and bench marking.
6. Exposure to a multicultural environment
