We are looking for the position of IT Operations Lead for Qatar location.
Key Responsibilities:
IT Operations & Service Delivery
- Lead the day-to-day IT operations, ensuring high availability and performance of infrastructure services (networks, endpoints, collaboration tools).
- Manage the IT service desk team, ensuring SLA compliance, effective incident resolution, and strong user experience.
- Implement and maintain operational procedures and SOPs in alignment with ITIL v4 and ISO standards.
Endpoint & Systems Management
- Administer Microsoft Intune, ManageEngine Endpoint Central, and related tools for endpoint configuration, compliance, and patch management.
- Oversee Windows Autopilot and device provisioning across the organization, ensuring security policy enforcement and minimal downtime.
ITSM
- Govern ITSM processes using Ivanti ITSM, including incident, service request, asset, and change management.
Asset Management
- Manage the full IT asset lifecycle through Ivanti ITAM, ensuring accurate inventory, tagging, and compliance with internal policies and ISO 27001 requirements.
- Coordinate procurement, onboarding, and decommissioning of IT assets, working closely with vendors and internal stakeholders.
Governance, Risk & Compliance
- Collaborate with Information Security team and to enforce access controls, audit trails, and IT risk mitigation strategies.
- Participate in internal and external audits, ensuring documentation, evidence, and procedures are up to date and compliant.
Project & Vendor Coordination
- Lead or support IT infrastructure and software implementation projects.
- Evaluate and coordinate with vendors for procurement, deployment, and service agreements.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology or related field.
- Minimum 6+ years of experience in IT operations, support, and infrastructure management.
- Certifications: ITIL 4 Foundation, ITIL 4 Create, Deliver & Support (Preferred) Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals.
- Hands-on experience with:
- Microsoft Intune, Autopilot, and Endpoint Security
- Ivanti ITSM and ITAM platforms
- ManageEngine Endpoint Central
- Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI)
- Strong knowledge of ISO 20000, ISO 27001, and ITSM best practices.
- Excellent analytical, documentation, and leadership skills.
