Job Description:
- We are seeking an experienced International Sales Manager to oversee our expansion efforts in Qatar and the Middle East region. As the International Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong client relationships, and expanding our market presence in alignment with our strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve targets and expand market share in Qatar.
- Identify and cultivate new business opportunities while maintaining existing client relationships.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with distributors, retailers, and key stakeholders.
- Collaborate closely with marketing teams to develop effective sales and promotional materials tailored to local market needs.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences to adapt strategies accordingly.
- Provide timely reports on sales performance, market trends, and competitive activities to senior management.
- Travel within the region as necessary to meet clients and participate in industry events.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Proven track record of at least 5 years in international sales, preferably in the food or FMCG sector.
- Strong understanding of the Qatar market dynamics and consumer behavior.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multicultural team.
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of Arabic would be advantageous.
- Experience in managing sales budgets and achieving revenue targets.
