✅ Core Roles of an HR & Training Coordinator1. Recruitment & Onboarding Support
- Assist with job postings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Coordinate new employee orientation and onboarding programs.
- Prepare employment contracts, offer letters, and onboarding documents.
2. Training & Development
- Identify training needs in collaboration with department managers.
- Organize training sessions, workshops, and e-learning programs.
- Maintain training records and evaluate training effectiveness.
- Coordinate with external training providers when needed.
3. HR Administration
- Maintain employee records (physical and digital).
- Process employee documentation such as leave requests, contract renewals, and status changes.
- Support payroll and benefits administration by collecting and verifying attendance and leave data.
4. Performance Management
- Assist in organizing performance appraisal processes.
- Track employee performance review schedules.
- Support the implementation of employee development plans.
5. Compliance & Policy Support
- Ensure HR practices comply with local labor laws and internal policies.
- Assist with audits and policy updates.
- Help communicate HR policies and procedures to staff.
6. Employee Engagement & Support
- Support initiatives like team-building activities, wellness programs, and employee surveys.
- Serve as a point of contact for employee queries related to HR and training.
- Assist with employee relations issues, escalating to HR management as needed.
7. Reporting & Data Management
- Generate HR reports on headcount, turnover, training hours, etc.
- Maintain HR databases and ensure data accuracy and confidentiality
Key Skills Required
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- 05 Years of relevant work experience.
- Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Attention to detail and discretion with confidential information.
- Locally Available /Valid QID
