We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic HR Director to lead the Human Resources function at Mind Institute. Reporting directly to senior leadership, the HR Director will play a critical role in shaping our people strategy, fostering a high-performance culture, ensuring regulatory compliance, and driving initiatives that support our mission.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with Mind Institute’s goals.
- Lead recruitment, onboarding, and talent development initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with Qatari labor laws and internal HR policies.
- Manage employee relations, performance, and engagement programs.
- Oversee HR operations, including payroll, benefits, and systems.
- Drive a positive organizational culture and support change management efforts.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Human Resources (Preferred)
- CIPD Level 7, SHRM-SCP, or equivalent professional certification highly desirable
- Minimum of 8–10 years of progressive HR experience, including at least 3 years in a senior leadership role
- Strong knowledge of Qatar Labor Law and international HR best practices
- Exceptional communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
- Experience in the healthcare, education, or nonprofit sector is a plus
