Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Estimator specializing in aluminum and façade systems to join our team in Qatar. The Estimator will play a key role in preparing accurate cost estimates and competitive tender submissions for commercial and residential façade projects in Qatar’s dynamic construction market. This position requires close collaboration with multidisciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive proposals tailored to local standards and market conditions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze architectural and structural drawings to produce detailed quantity take-offs and cost estimates for aluminum and façade projects.
• Collaborate with design, engineering, procurement, and project management teams to develop competitive and compliant proposals.
• Obtain, review, and evaluate supplier and subcontractor quotations to ensure cost-effectiveness and quality.
• Prepare detailed technical and commercial bid documents for tender submissions, ensuring alignment with Qatar construction regulations.
• Support value engineering efforts to optimize project costs while maintaining quality and compliance.
• Review tender and contract documents to identify scope, risks, and exclusions relevant to Qatar projects.
• Stay informed about local material prices, market trends, and innovations in façade systems specific to Qatar.
• Maintain accurate records of estimates, bids, and contract documentation.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Quantity Surveying, or related field.
• 3+ years of GCC experience in aluminum and façade estimation, preferably with Qatar market exposure.
• Strong knowledge of curtain walls, cladding, windows, doors, and other façade components and systems.
• Excellent analytical and detail-oriented skills.
• Proficient in reading and interpreting architectural and structural drawings.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to work with local stakeholders.
• Experience with mid to large-scale commercial or mixed-use projects in Qatar is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with Qatar’s construction market regulations and business practices is a plus.
• Proficient with estimation software and Microsoft Office applications.

Pay: QAR6,000.00 - QAR8,000.00 per month
