We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable individual to join our team. Your main responsibility will be managing price quotations for clients and accurately recording costs and purchases using Odoo.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and send quotations to clients using Odoo
- Track and record expenses, materials, and labor costs
- Maintain accurate records of purchase orders and supplier invoices
- Work with the workshop supervisor to update job costs as needed
- Assist in monitoring project profitability
- Keep the Odoo system organized and up to date
- Coordinate with sales and production teams to ensure smooth workflow.
Requirements:
- Experience using Odoo is mandatory
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy with numbers
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Good communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
- Basic understanding of carpentry or custom furniture manufacturing is an advantage
