Responsibilities
- Document processing, implementing, monitoring & maintaining records as per Secorp IMS(Integrated Management System Manual) (ISO-9001-2015, ISO 45001-2018 and ISO 14001-2015 standards).
- Updates Job Description and Organizational Chart.
- Coordinates on the inspection activities as well as the non-conformance for corrective actions.
- Maintains up-to-date data, control, and distribution of the latest approved forms to concerned employees.
- Conduct internal audit as per schedule.
- Monitoring and measurement of Customer Satisfaction, Integrated System Process, Products & services.
- Distribute to the newly hire employee the following:
- SOP
- Secorp Procedure
- Workshop forms
- QHSE Manual
- Secorp Policy
- Technician Checklist
- Maintain record of training for all Secorp Doha employees in the SECORP Traincaster web site.
- Prepared required certification for AQT, CALIBRATION, HYDROTESTING & FUNCTION TEST for shop services and equipment going out of the shop.
- Monitors the expiring certificates issued on the equipment, etc..
- Responsible for ordering office supplies & training materials.
- Responsible for the process of printing of training handbooks and monitor day to day office supplies.
Administrative Assistant
- Completion and Maintaining records of all employees.
- Offer letter
- 201 file.
- Personnel Change Notice.
- Salary Change Request.
- Secure all companies contract.
- ü Agency Agreement.
- ü Tax Documents.
- ü Accommodation Contract.
- Monitor the leave and absence for Office / Administrative Staff.
- Take over the Collection and Technician Crewing Change when crewing administration was on leave.
- Schedule meeting of Middle East Operations Manager.
Accountabilities:
- Responsible for monitoring & updating control of documents as per ISO requirements.
Qualifications:
- Knowledge in ISO documentation.
- Knowledge in administrative management and broad understanding of program management operation. It is important to have excellent experience in providing efficient support to program staff in the areas of both Administrator.
Educational Qualification:
- Degree in Business Administration
Number of years of experience:
- 3-5 years wok related experience
Specialized trainings required
- ISO Internal Audit Training
- Knowledge in MS Dynamics SL Accounting System Software.
Area of experience required:
- Knowledge of Office Administration procedures
- Proficient in relevant computer applications
