In this pivotal role, you will shape the vision and performance of the entire F&B division, ensuring excellence in service, creativity in concept, and strength in financial results. You will lead a multicultural team, work alongside our Executive Chef and senior leadership, and ensure that each dining experience—whether casual or fine dining—reflects the brand’s promise of luxury and authenticity.
Key Job Responsibilities- Provide overall leadership and direction to the F&B division, aligning strategies with the hotel’s vision and IHG brand standards.
- Oversee the daily operations of all restaurants, bars, lounges, in-room dining, and banqueting, ensuring flawless guest experiences.
- Inspire, coach, and develop a high-performing team with a strong focus on talent retention, engagement, and succession planning.
- Manage departmental budgets, forecasts, and P&L performance; identify opportunities for revenue generation and cost control.
- Work closely with the Executive Chef and Marketing teams to conceptualize new menus, events, and promotions that align with guest trends and expectations.
- Ensure alignment with IHG brand standards, as well as strict adherence to hygiene, health, and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with other departments to support large-scale events, guest satisfaction initiatives, and brand positioning.
What We Need From You
Ideally, you'll have some or all of the following competencies and experience we're looking for:
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a senior F&B leader in a luxury hotel or resort setting
- Proven track record in managing diverse F&B concepts, including fine dining, casual outlets, and banqueting operations
- Strong financial acumen with demonstrated success in improving profitability and operational efficiency
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with a multicultural team
- A passion for hospitality and innovation with a guest-first mindset
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or a related field preferred
