- Cost Controller
Requirement:
- Having min 5 yrs to 8yrs. Of experience in relevant field.
- Construction experience is must
- Well versed in Cost Analysis, Cost budgeting
- Progress monitoring and preparation of reports for the management
- Agreeing Variations with Client’s representatives/Consultants
- Preparation of preliminary estimates
- Preparation of Bill of Quantities
- Preparation of Comparative Statements
- Reviewing IPC and finalizing the payment invoices
- Material Reconciliations
- Preparation Of daily work reports & weather reports.
- Measurement of structure and civil works
- Evaluation of Subcontract quotations and payments
- Taking off Quantities for Structural, Architectural and MEP works.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: QAR6,000.00 - QAR11,000.00 per month
