Job Description:
- Collaborate with architects, structural engineers, and other stakeholders to design, develop, and implement MEP systems for new and existing buildings.
- Perform technical calculations to determine building loads and equipment capacities for HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems.
- Select appropriate MEP equipment and materials based on project requirements, building codes, and energy efficiency standards.
- Create detailed MEP system drawings and specifications using computer-aided design (CAD) software (e.g., Revit).
- Coordinate MEP system installations with other building systems to ensure functionality and avoid conflicts.
- Review and approve subcontractor shop drawings for MEP systems.
- Conduct inspections during construction to ensure MEP systems are installed according to plans and specifications.
- Participate in project commissioning and testing to verify the proper functioning of MEP systems.
- Provide technical support and guidance to construction teams regarding MEP systems.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest advancements in MEP technology and sustainable design practices.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of company standards for MEP engineering.
Qualification:
- Mechanical or Electrical University degree in Engineering
- Should have through knowledge of Electrical, Plumbing and Mechanical Works
- 5 to 7 years’ experience required
- Specialized in executing Residential Villas, Commercial and High rise Buildings
- Age between 30 ‐ 35
- Should have Driving License
- Strong character and flexible in work
