Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Community Relations Officer to join our team. This role focuses on building strong relationships with students, parents, schools, offices, and the wider community to promote our educational services and drive student enrollment.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain strong and consistent relationships with currently enrolled students and their families, and actively encourage referrals to increase student enrollments through existing connections.
Conduct regular home visits to directly engage with students and parents, collect feedback on our coaching services, and promote enrollment of siblings or other family members.
Visit corporate and public offices across Qatar to introduce the institution and conduct outreach activities aimed at student recruitment.
Liaise with schools throughout Qatar to present our programs and explore opportunities for partnerships and student referrals.
Represent the institution at major educational fairs, exhibitions, and public events to expand outreach, build partnerships, and support enrollment campaigns.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Bilingual proficiency in Arabic and English is mandatory (spoken and written).
Ability and willingness to conduct regular field visits across Qatar.
Confidence and professionalism to represent the institution in media promotions and public appearances.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Prior experience in educational outreach, marketing, or community engagement is a plus.

Pay: QAR5,000.00 per month
