Your Day to Day
As a Chef de Partie, you will assist in supervising the kitchen operations to ensure that all food is served according to pre-determined methods of cooking and plating instructions as per the hotel standards.

Ideally, you'll have some or all of the following competencies and experience we're looking for:
- Similar experience in a luxury hotel and/or resort
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to multitask
