- 3+ years experience as a Cerner RCM Application Specialist
- 3+ Years experience as a HEI Global RCM Application Specialist
- Understanding of Health Care business processes, operational and functional workflows as it relates to Cerner, HEI Patient Accounting and Registration Solutions
- Cerner General Ledger design and Configuration
Certification and Licensure
- Cerner Millennium Build Certificates
Job Specific Skills and Abilities
- Expert in Cerner Millennium Revenue Cycle solutions (Patient Accounting, GL, Patient Access, Registration and Scheduling)
- Demonstrated expertise in HEI Global Revenue Cycle Contract Management applications.
- Demonstrate CCL Scripting development skills
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to conceptualize solutions to project requirements.
- Ability to gather RCM stakeholder requirements and conceptualize system configuration or development solutions.
- Manage Stakeholders requirements and expectations.
- Demonstrated experience in Project Management
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite Fluency in written and spoken English
