Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients through personal meetings, phone calls, and other forms of communication.
- Expand the company’s reach by identifying and nurturing potential customers and forging strong relationships with them.
- Research and analyze sales options to identify and pursue upselling opportunities.
- Act as a liaison between the company and its current and future markets.
- Gather market and customer insights to assist in price negotiations, delivery schedules, and customer-specific requirements.
- Support management by providing feedback on new products and promotions.
- Consistently review personal performance and aim to exceed sales targets.
- Accurately record and report sales activities to the sales department.
- Provide solutions to clients’ challenges and recommend improvements for maximizing client satisfaction and company profitability.
- Collaborate effectively with the team to achieve sales goals.
- Handle the packing of cake, pastries, and balloon orders as part of ensuring excellent service delivery.
- Coordinate with Cake Decorators or Pastry Chefs to ensure order details are accurate and address any changes to the order as necessary.
- Provide pricing for specific orders and inquiries related to events to support customers and finalize bookings.
- Represent the company at trade exhibitions, events, and demonstrations.
- Take on additional tasks assigned by the manager related to the sales process and contribute to the improvement of company operations.
Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of sales experience, Confectionery experience is a plus but not required.
- Language: Fluency in English is required

Pay: From QAR2,000.00 per month
