We are hiring a Branding Department Manager to oversee all operations within our branding division, responsible for the production, quality control, and timely delivery of all branding jobs related to exhibition stands, event setups, and activations. (the job is at the workshop with the branding production team, this is not a marketing job) The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with branding production workflows including vinyl application, UV printing, CNC plotting, and large format printing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise day-to-day operations of the branding department (printing, cutting, mounting, vinyl work).
- Coordinate closely with project managers and production teams to align branding deliverables with overall timelines.
- Manage a team of branding technicians/operators, assigning tasks and monitoring job completion.
- Ensure quality control on all branding outputs before dispatch and installation.
- Track all branding requests, prioritize urgent jobs, and maintain workflow efficiency.
- Liaise with suppliers for material stock (vinyl, inks, substrates) and ensure readiness.
- Provide technical guidance on file setup, printing specifications, and application techniques.
- Support on-site branding execution as needed (installations, vinyl application, touch-ups).
Requirements:
- Minimum 4 years of experience in a branding/graphics production role, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial position.
- Strong knowledge of large format printing, vinyl plotters, UV printers, CNC routers, and branding materials.
- Familiarity with branding applications on MDF, acrylic, glass, aluminum, and event structures.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to lead a team and troubleshoot technical/production issues.
- Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.
- Must be locally available in Qatar with a transferable visa.
