Job Title: BMS Technician
Duration: 24 Months (Extendable)
Salary Package: QAR 4000 (All-Inclusive)
Experience: Minimum 5 Years as a BMS Technician
Location: ISF Duhail
Working Days: 6 days a week
Working Hours: 9+1 hours per day
Mobilization: Immediate
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on Building Management Systems (BMS) and HVAC systems.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues with BMS equipment and HVAC systems.
- Ensure the proper functionality of BMS signals and systems.
- Monitor, control, and optimize BMS systems through graphical interfaces and control panels.
- Support the execution of service projects, interacting with clients to ensure project needs are met.
- Siemens BMS system experience is highly desirable.
- Adhere to Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) standards on all service projects.
Qualifications:
- Certification in Electrical, HVAC, or a related technical field.
- At least 5 years of hands-on experience as a BMS Technician, preferably with Siemens systems.
- Experience with Siemens Desigo X-works Plus, Desigo CC, ABT, and RXT systems is an advantage.
- Strong understanding and commitment to HSE safety standards.
- Ability to troubleshoot, service, and optimize BMS and HVAC systems effectively.
Skills:
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent communication skills for client interaction.
- Proficient in Siemens BMS systems (Desigo, Desigo CC, etc.) and related technologies.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
