Responsibilities:
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with luggage handling and transportation arrangements
- Provide guests with information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions
- Ensure that the lobby and entrance areas are clean, organized, and welcoming at all times
- Coordinate with the front desk and other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
- Assist guests with special requests and resolve any issues that may arise during their stay
- Maintain knowledge of current hotel promotions and events to effectively communicate with guests
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in the hospitality industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lift and carry heavy luggage with ease
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to providing outstanding service
- Basic knowledge of local attractions and services
- Experience as a Bellman or in a similar role for at least 1-2 years
- Fluency in multiple languages
- Familiarity with hotel management systems
