We are looking for a proactive and customer-oriented Assistant Manager – Guest Relations (Female) to support our Guest Relations Manager in delivering exceptional service and ensuring guest satisfaction in our luxury hotel. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication, and a deep understanding of luxury hospitality standards to enhance the overall guest experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing the Guest Relations team to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
- Oversee guest services, including VIP arrivals, special requests, and complaint resolution, ensuring a personalized and memorable experience.
- Coordinate with other hotel departments to anticipate and fulfill guest needs proactively.
- Monitor guest feedback and implement service recovery strategies to maintain high satisfaction levels.
- Train, mentor, and motivate Guest Relations staff to uphold luxury service standards and improve performance.
- Assist in developing and implementing guest service policies, procedures, and standards.
- Handle complex guest issues and escalate when necessary to senior management.
- Prepare reports on guest satisfaction, service metrics, and team performance for management review.
- Support the planning and execution of special events, guest programs, and loyalty initiatives.
- Maintain knowledge of local attractions, events, and services to provide guests with accurate recommendations.
Qualifications, Experience and Skills:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years experience in guest relations or front office roles within luxury hotels, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory or assistant management position.
- Excellent bilingual communication skills in Arabic and English, both verbal and written.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with a guest-centric approach.
- Proficient in hotel management systems and Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and effectively.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays.
- Candidates from the Middle East, Western Asia, Eastern Europe, and Central Asia are preferred.
