We are seeking a talented and experienced Architect with a strong background in interior fit-out and construction to join our dynamic team in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing architectural design, site coordination, and execution of interior and construction projects from concept to completion, ensuring quality, timelines, and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage architectural and interior design projects including space planning, detailed drawings, and construction documents.
- Work closely with clients, consultants, and contractors to gather requirements and translate them into feasible designs.
- Supervise and inspect work on-site to ensure compliance with design, quality standards, safety regulations, and project specifications.
- Coordinate with MEP, structural, and civil teams to ensure smooth integration of design elements.
- Prepare BOQ, material selections, shop drawings, and specifications for fit-out works.
- Review and approve architectural drawings, specifications, and construction documents.
- Lead project planning and monitor timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Resolve design and site-related issues promptly.
- Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and KSA standards.
- Attend site meetings and provide regular progress reports to project stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or a related field. A Master’s Degree is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of proven experience in architectural design and site execution, specifically in interior fit-out and construction projects.
- Strong portfolio showcasing fit-out and construction works (residential, commercial, retail, or hospitality sectors).
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Suite, and other architectural software.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and detailing.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work under pressure to meet deadlines.
- Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.
- Willingness to relocate to KSA and start immediately.
Preferred Attributes:
- Experience working on high-end commercial or building construction interior projects.
- Familiarity with Saudi building codes and regulations.
- GCC experience is a strong advantage.
