Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic, tech-savvy, and target-driven Sales Manager to lead the business development and sales efforts for Beamy, a cutting-edge holographic display solution. You will be responsible for penetrating the Gulf market, building strategic relationships with key clients in Qatar and the wider GCC, and driving revenue through direct sales and channel partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the sales strategy for Beamy products and services in Qatar and the GCC.
- Identify and engage key sectors such as:
- Government innovation hubs
- Events & exhibitions organizers
- Luxury retail and malls
- Hospitality groups
- Media agencies & production companies
- Deliver sales presentations and demos using Beamy units.
- Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.
- Manage the entire sales lifecycle from prospecting and quoting to closing deals and post-sale follow-up.
- Coordinate with the content production and technical teams to deliver tailored solutions.
- Attend and represent Beamy at local trade shows and tech events.
- Prepare weekly reports, CRM updates, and sales forecasts for management.
RequirementsMust-Have:
- Native Arabic speaker (or fluent); excellent command of English
- 3–7 years of B2B sales experience in the GCC region, ideally in:
- Technology/AV solutions
- Digital signage or media
- SaaS or enterprise software
- Event tech or display hardware
- Proven track record of hitting or exceeding sales targets
- Deep understanding of consultative selling and solution-based approaches
- Confident in client-facing roles, especially with C-level decision-makers
Preferred:
- Prior experience with hologram tech, digital display units, or immersive media
- Qatar driving license and personal network in Doha business ecosystem
- Experience working with CRM tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho.
