The role involves creating and managing detailed project schedules (Level 0 to 4), optimizing plans to reduce lead time, and updating schedules based on business needs. It includes monitoring progress, tracking manhours and expenditures, identifying delays or risks in the critical path, and issuing regular progress and financial reports, including S Curves. The position requires cost control responsibilities such as budget forecasting, cost code allocation, and reporting to ensure financial oversight. Coordination with onshore and offshore teams is essential, along with organizing meetings and managing stakeholder interfaces including subcontractors, suppliers, and clients. Ensuring compliance with QHSE standards and supporting safe operations is a key part of the role.

Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Create and develop schedule / plan / Execution plan (level 0 to 4)
- Optimize and propose alternative method to reduce lead time
- Update schedule as per business requirement, monitor progress, manhours, expenditure and issue reports as required
- Identify and highlight any delay I critical path / risks related to scheduling activities
- Track Analyze and control costs related to the project
- Forecast expenditures I Prepare planning budgets
- Allocate cost codes and Track man hours
- Keep Project team informed of expenditures/budgets
- Prepare and submit financial reports as and when agreed upon
- Provide weekly and monthly S Curve reports.
- Prepare and coordinate meeting and issue associated minutes as required;
- Liaise and support with onshore and offshore operation team on a day to day basis
- Ensure safe operations while minimizing our impact on the environment by means of complying with occupational QHSE standards;
- Ensure that all interfaces with relevant parties including partners, subcontractor, suppliers, client, 3rd parties are correctly managed;
