• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using tools like Primavera or MS Project.
• Coordinate with project managers, design teams, and site engineers to align civil works with overall project timelines
• Monitor progress and update schedules to reflect actual site conditions and changes.
• Prepare detailed cost estimates and Bill of Quantities (BOQs) for civil works including foundations, drainage, grading, and structural components.
• Analyze scope of work and project inputs to develop DPRs (Detailed Project Reports) and cost projections.
• Maintain accurate records of project progress, cost variations, and resource utilization.
• Generate reports for internal and client review, highlighting risks and mitigation strategies.
• Coordinate with procurement for timely delivery of materials and services.
