Key Responsibilities
1. Talent Acquisition (with AI support):
- Use our AI hiring tool to manage applications
- Personally conduct interviews and assess candidates beyond the CV
- Recommend the right person for the right role to senior leadership
- Ensure smooth onboarding and welcoming experience
2. Performance & Development:
- Set up and monitor performance tracking systems
- Evaluate team performance, support coaching plans
- Drive performance improvement and professional growth
- Help implement KPIs and reward systems
3. Culture & Engagement:
- Build a positive, productive, and people-first culture
- Address staff concerns with empathy and fairness
- Organize team activities, bonding sessions, and cultural events
- Ensure company values are reflected in everyday actions
4. Communication & Compliance:
- Act as a communication bridge between management and team
- Support smooth internal communication across teams and branches
- Maintain HR documentation and compliance with Qatar labor law
- Handle people-related issues with maturity and confidentiality
What We’re Looking For
- 2–4 years of experience in HR or People & Culture roles (education sector preferred)
- Excellent English communication – both written and spoken
- Strong interviewing skills and understanding of people behaviour
- Highly energetic, enthusiastic, and organized
- Passion for education, mentoring, and team development
- Familiar with performance reviews and modern HR tools
