Join ECCO Gulf Majorel Qatar as a No-Code Solution Trainer and become a pivotal part of our dynamic team in the Information Technology and Services industry. Based in Qatar, this full-time, permanent position offers an exciting opportunity for experienced professionals to leverage their expertise in training and development. As a No-Code Solution Trainer, you will be responsible for empowering our clients by delivering comprehensive training sessions on no-code platforms, enabling them to create and manage applications without traditional coding.
- Design and deliver engaging training programs tailored to the needs of various client groups.
- Deliver hands-on training sessions and workshops on Microsoft Power Platform tools, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI, to business users across departments.
- Develop training materials, including manuals, guides, and online resources, to support learning objectives.
- Conduct hands-on workshops and seminars to demonstrate the capabilities of no-code solutions.
- Train staff on general process automation principles using no-code platforms, and on SAP-integrated workflows using Power Automate and custom connectors.
- Provide post-training support by assisting users in building or modifying apps, workflows, and data connections.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments to improve outcomes.
- Collaborate with internal teams to stay updated on the latest no-code technologies and trends.
- Customize training plans based on departmental needs and user roles (HR, Finance, Procurement, etc.).
- Monitor usage and adoption rates of Power Platform solutions and propose improvements based on user feedback.
- Provide ongoing support and guidance to clients post-training to ensure successful implementation.
We are seeking an experienced professional with a passion for teaching and a deep understanding of no-code platforms. The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Education, Business Technology, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in corporate or technical training, especially in low-code/no-code platforms.
- Proficiency with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI); experience using or supporting SAP-linked solutions is a strong advantage.
- Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Fundamentals (PL-900) — Mandatory.
- Microsoft Certified Trainer (MCT) — Mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of no-code platforms and their application in business processes.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts clearly.
- Ability to design and develop training materials that cater to diverse learning styles.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt training methods to meet client needs.
