Job Description
Perform preventive maintenance, inspections, and repairs on all MHE in accordance with manufacturer guidelines.
Diagnose mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical issues in equipment and carry out necessary repairs.
Replace defective parts such as motors, batteries, hydraulic components, sensors, and wiring.
Maintain accurate service and repair records in the maintenance log system.
Ensure compliance with company safety standards and follow all PPE and safety procedures.
Assist in identifying spare parts requirements and maintain adequate stock levels.
Support in periodic performance checks and calibrations of equipment.
Report major faults or recurring issues to the supervisor for corrective action.
Keep the workshop and work area clean, organized, and hazard-free.
Skills
Technical Diploma/Certificate in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering.
2–5 years’ experience in maintenance of MHE or similar industrial equipment.
Strong knowledge of hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems.
Ability to read and understand technical manuals and schematics.
Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Physically fit and able to work in a warehouse/industrial environment.
