- Assist clients in buying and leasing residential and commercial properties.
- Assist clients with property viewings and site visits, ensuring an informative and professional experience.
- Educate clients about the local real estate market, current trends, pricing, and investment opportunities.
- Present and negotiate offers on behalf of clients while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality.
- Understand clients’ needs and preferences to recommend suitable properties.
- Support clients with documentation.
- Develop relationships with buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants.
- Follow up with leads, qualify prospects, and maintain a strong pipeline of potential clients.
