Qualifications:
- Qatar Energy approval mandatory (Mesaieed-refinery)
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
- NEBOSH/IOSH certification required; oil & gas-specific HSE training preferred.
- Minimum 7 years of HSE experience in oil & gas projects.
- Strong understanding of drilling, production, and process safety.
