Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and seat guests with professional etiquette and warmth
- Present menus, take orders with precision, and provide recommendations confidently
- Serve food and beverages according to fine dining standards
- Coordinate with kitchen and bar to ensure timely and accurate service
- Anticipate guests’ needs and respond promptly to enhance satisfaction
- Maintain cleanliness, table settings, and hygiene protocols throughout service
- Handle guest feedback with grace and professionalism
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a fine dining or upscale restaurant
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and presentation
- Polished appearance and professional grooming
- Fluent in English; Arabic or French is a plus
- Ability to work shifts, weekends, and holidays as required
