We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Entry-Level Presales & Estimation Engineer to support our technical sales and bidding process. This role involves preparing quotations, tender submissions, and presales documentation for ELV, ICT, and IT projects. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare accurate and competitive quotations, BOQs, and cost estimations for projects.
- Draft and format presales documents such as technical proposals, product presentations, and compliance sheets.
- Assist in responding to tenders, RFPs, and RFQs from clients and consultants.
- Coordinate with technical and sales teams to ensure timely and accurate document delivery.
- Maintain and update documentation databases, product sheets, and proposal templates.
- Communicate with suppliers for pricing, technical information, and lead times when required.
- Support sales engineers in meetings and customer communications as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electronics, Electrical, IT, or related engineering field.
- 0–2 years of experience in a similar role (internship/project experience acceptable).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Basic understanding of ELV/ICT systems is a plus.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD is a strong advantage.
- Good command of English – written and spoken.
- Attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills.
- Willingness to learn and grow within the company.
