Job Description
We are looking for a qualified D365 F&O Functional Consultant to support the implementation, configuration, and optimization of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (F&O). The role requires cross-functional collaboration to ensure ERP solutions align with business and operational goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather and document business requirements across Finance, Procurement, Projects, and Supply Chain teams
- Configure and customize D365 F&O modules to support internal workflows
- Conduct system testing and coordinate issue resolution with relevant stakeholders
- Deliver functional documentation, user training, and support across departments
- Collaborate on project timelines, integration needs, and performance enhancement initiatives
- Continuously assess system efficiency and recommend improvements
Skills
- Strong understanding of Finance, Procurement, Projects, and Supply Chain workflows
- Skilled in system configuration, module customization, and stakeholder coordination
- Familiarity with integration tools and techniques such as APIs and Power Platform
- Strong communication, documentation, and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Experience supporting NGOs or similar organizations is an advantage
- Fluency in English and ability to work closely with cross-functional teams
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field
- 3-5 years of hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O implementations
- Role is based in Qatar and offered as a 4-month contract
